Site Plan Review
SRICD provides site planning review services for Rhode Island Towns to assist in the review of development plans with special focus on storm water runoff and erosion control measures.
The Southern Rhode Island Conservation District's Site Plan review services include a cursory review as shown on the attached checklist and a report of findings. We use a professional engineer for all reviews and the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service provides quality control checks.
